Bboy Conditioning

A very important part of bboying in my opinion is conditioning. There are 2 parts in conditioning in my opinion. The first part is physical conditioning - Stretching and Working out. Working out and stretching daily will keep your body physically ready for moves. The 2nd part is mental conditioning, this is also very important. Having the mentality that YOU want to keep getting better and accepting your mistakes is a main key to improving. Keeping yourself conditioned will make you improve.

Bboy Attire

To be honest there is no proper bboy attire. You can wear whatever you want as long as it's comfortable to you and makes you feel better. The same goes for shoes. There are shoes better for different criterias but for dancing you use whatever shoes you want. Some people use Pumas, Adidas, Nikes, or Vans because they're more of the "iconic" brands but if it's comfortable for them to dance in it, they'll keep dancing in it.

Bboys are normal people too

Dancers like Bboyers are normal people too. Don't forget that they are just like one of us and the only difference is that they have a passion for dancing. Here's a quick comical video I found. I particularly found this to be really funny.  Note: I do not own any copyrights at all.

BBoy Isaiah

Man this guy is one of the sickest and amazing bboys I've seen (I haven't seen that many yet lol). In my eyes I can clearly see his "style", his "uniqueness" that makes him stand out from other bboys. Well there are other bboys with the similar style as him but to me he stands out more! From Lions of Zion crew - BBoy Isaiah btw he's the asian guy.

Madcon - Beggin

This song is probably one of the most overused songs in the dance community. I am not trying to offend the song in any way, I am just simply stating that this popular song has been used a lot of times and it's obvious why. It's a very catchy songs with a nice hook and a nice beat. There are many other reasons why this song is used a lot but I'll leave the criticism of this song to you.

BBoy Al-One

BBoy Al-One from the All Stars Breakers and R & F crew is one of the those under dog in the bboying Scene. There are many underdogs in the bboying scene each with their own unique style that no one should ever underestimate and bboy Al-One is one of them. Has one of the best transitions and power moves I have seen ( I am only an amateur bboy, I'm sorry if I seem like an E-boy to you).
