Bboy Conditioning

A very important part of bboying in my opinion is conditioning. There are 2 parts in conditioning in my opinion. The first part is physical conditioning - Stretching and Working out. Working out and stretching daily will keep your body physically ready for moves. The 2nd part is mental conditioning, this is also very important. Having the mentality that YOU want to keep getting better and accepting your mistakes is a main key to improving. Keeping yourself conditioned will make you improve.
